Sealing Solutions for Your Working Surfaces
Different surfaces demand different sealing approaches, and choosing the right solution is essential for lasting results. Our range of surface-sealing formulas delivers strong adhesion and reliable protection across a wide variety of materials.
Material-Based Sealing
Concrete and masonry hold up to a lot, but water is their consistent weak point. When moisture gets in and freezes, it forces the material apart from the inside, and that process repeats until cracks develop and the surface starts to fail. A penetrating sealer stops that cycle by filling the pores before water can reach them. Ceramic paint sealants take a different approach to surface protection. They cure into a hard, slick layer that bonds tightly to the surface, repels water and holds up to the UV exposure over time.
Vinyl and leather sealants solve a problem that's easy to overlook until it gets worse. A small crack in a seat or cab interior draws in moisture, which softens the backing and causes the surface material to separate. Repair compounds fill those splits and re-bond the surface, buying time and avoiding full replacement.
Protect and Finish Exterior Wood
Rain, sun and fluctuating temperatures repeatedly stress deck boards, wood fence posts and furniture, and untreated wood absorbs moisture, causing swelling, rot and surface degradation. Penetrating sealers soak into the grain and lock out water, different from a topcoat that can chip or peel. Many also include UV protection, which preserves color and prevents the bleached-out gray look that sets in after a season or two of sun. Wood fillers and putty address existing damage first, giving surfaces the smooth base you need for painting.
Stop Leaks with Rubber Sealant Coatings
Flexible sealing materials outperform rigid ones anywhere the surface shifts, expands or vibrates. Exposed plumbing, pipe fittings, roof seams and gutters all experience that kind of movement and a coating that can't flex with the surface will eventually crack and let water through. Liquid rubber sealants coat the surface in a thick, continuous layer that remains pliable after curing. They bond to wet or dry material, which means a failing gutter or a leaking pipe fitting can be addressed immediately rather than waiting for optimal conditions.
Seal Fuel and Utility Tanks
Fuel tank rusting tends to develop out of sight and stays that way until it causes a problem. A sealer kit applied to the inside of the tank creates a chemical-resistant liner that locks down existing rust and prevents it from spreading further. The cured coating adheres firmly to bare metal and resists ethanol blends, which are harder on untreated metal than straight gasoline. Treating the tank at the first sign of trouble extends equipment life and protects your fuel system.
